Review: Soup was delicious, just the right rich dark brown and just the right thickness,and ... not a drop too much wine. Perfect. Salad Nicoise, we learn, is Nice salad, and indeed very nice it was too. Beautiful tuna chunks, yellow of yellow egg yolks (from happy-go-lucky chickens), all very mediterranean (as is Nice)and very fitting for regional French cuisine. Mmmm Mmmmm
